Custom clip this challenge is designed to make great belly contractions if push breath holds with minimal recovery. with weights you will see more rib versus belly contractions. i have plastic wrap, mouth tape so i can breath only through my nose the entire clip. i also have a stack of weights on my belly. opening scene: (one minute)mouth covered, on your back, the 6 weights on upper belly under ribs, breathing through nose.suck in belly as far as you can then push up the weights making belly as big as you can while stabilizing weights wit your hands.do this 3 times total ... keep weights on belly for next scene.scene 2: (7 minutes)suck in belly let weights sink in.hold your breathe for 1 min 30 seconds .... do your best to make it ... if you can't you get to take only a gasp in to get to 1 min 30. note you are not breathing out until you reach 1 min 30 secondsbreak leave weights on 3 breathes in and outrepeat scene 2 four timeskeep weights on belly for next scenescene 3: (1 minute)repeat opening scene sucking in and pushing out with weights ... leave weights on for next scenescene 4: (7 minutes)suck in belly and let weights sink inblow all air out of lungs and hold breath for 1 minute do this 5 times with only 3 breathes in betweenremember each time to suck in belly and blow out air.keep weights on belly for next scenesscene 5 (time remaining up to 20 minutes)consecutive breathholds one after the other .... you will take only one breathe in and out betweenthe weights will go up and down with contractions
