Can i make pushups look like the easiest exercise ever? in the video itself, i explain the rules of this challenge (how many sets and reps), but the most important thing is that the whole exercise must look smooth. i don't have to do push-ups quickly, but i must not take even the slightest pause in the top position. the whole series has to look like one movement without chopping, so to speak. my muscles will swell, my arms will become heavy, and the veins on my shoulders will pop. i have to resist the fatigue and keep pushing myself beyond my limits. whether i succeeded in this challenge, you are the judge.
