At the beginning of the video, i flex my abs and show off my six-pack. what i want to know is what goes on behind my strong muscles and in my intestines, as they digest food. so i eat 200 grams of dried fruit and then use a microphone to record the sounds my bowels make. the part where i eat the food is sped up so that more of the video is dedicated to the digestion process. unfortunately, the dried fruit wasn't challenging enough for my gut, so i had to drink a bottle of soda in the hope that my gut would get excited and upset. the sound the liquid makes as it splashes inside my stomach is very exciting. the microphone used in this video is rode videomic ntg.
