Italian speaking- role play it sono la dott.ssa cleo e oggi devo visitare il mio paziente con un fisting molto profondo e ripetuto. il paziente è accovacciato sul lettino e io mi accingo a infilare tutto il mio pugno. entro ed esco rapidamente più volte e cerco di allargarlo il più possibile. il paziente si lamenta un pò, purtroppo non è una terapia indolore. en i am dr. cleo and today i have to visit my patient with a very deep and repeated fisting. the patient is crouched on the couch and i am about to insert my whole fist. i go in and out quickly several times and try to enlarge it as much as possible. the patient complains a little, unfortunately it is not a painless therapy.
