Karen continues to knee him in the balls. she seems to do this with less effort than noa but does it rather quickly, not giving him any time to rest. after this, karen and noa have him stand between them and they kick him in the balls alternately, with karen kicking him from the front and noa kicking him from behind. some kicks seem to hurt him a lot and he lets out several groans and screams. karen tells him to "keep it up" and they start laughing as he gets more hurt and shows signs of being in pain. finally karen kicks him hard and it hurts him a lot causing him to fall on the bed screaming while they laugh at him.
