ECO: Body Obedience

Eco. etiquette, chastity, and obedience are the cornerstones of the submissive's education. traditional and ericksonian methods are used to condition the mind. you are shown to understand that the mind, the body, and the consciousness are three separate things. each is trained in a different way. each one obeys me. focusing your gaze on the way i look, the mind becomes a blank slate as it's filled with the sound of my voice. the body is heavy, still, and obedient. the left arm raises automatically when prompted, then drops like a weight. an itch appears on the neck when i suggest it, and your right arm raises to scratch it. sensations and movements are manufactured with nothing more than a suggestion. this session preps your system to easily obey instructions to move your limbs any way i want. every good submissive will have an eagerly obedient body that acts on my command.
