Advanced abs -revised shelly grace and ava dare aim to destroy each others abs beating them to a pulp. the girls had to get worked over in order to condition their stomachs for a serious beating.. this a brutal advanced abs training beat-down turning a hard abdominal wall into softened up busted abs . bent backwards over the abdominal destroyer "the octapain". taking turns on the back bending stomach destroyer the girls put on the heavy lead filled grappling gloves at times to help deeply penetrate the hard solid abs they both have. both girls end up with very sore swollen stomachs and tender abs. the abdominal flexing is nearly impossible in the bent position and the girls feel the stomach pounding like never before.
