Zero Distractions

you are just bombarded by stimuli all day long. your texts, emails, and your social media are all sending you notifications ever minute. every day is a slew of interactions, communication, and notifications. it's exhausting, isn't it? i don't want you to think about any of that stuff now. turn off your notifications. put on some headphones. lock yourself away in a place where you can be uninterrupted and alone. i want you to take this time for yourself. i want us to have some special alone time. all of your distractions should be set aside. all you need to do is breathe, listen, and watch. you don't need to do anything else. i want you to totally focus on me.
