CAPTAIN GREY-HELD HOSTAGE

Captain dakkota grey, commander of the metro police training bureau, has a problem. she's tied up and gagged and squirming on a sofa in a secluded room somewhere unknown to her. well, only some of that is true. she is tied up and gagged, but she does know where she is.   captain grey has set up some hostage negotiation training, but the main person in that training, the hostage, has failed to show up, holding up the whole session. captain grey is notified but is unable to locate the missing hostage-to-be so she agrees to act as the hostage for the scenario.   she begins her ordeal by being handcuffed and cleave gagged. you can't very well be a hostage if you are unrestrained and able to just run off can you? her restraints at this point should be enough to hold anyone, but the cops taking the training take this opportunity to “put it” to their boss. the gag stays as it is, but ropes replace the handcuffs at wrists, elbows and ankles. she continues to struggle and play the part of a hostage. when the training session is over, she is left tied up and abandoned by everyone.   this is the last time she's going to volunteer to play the hostage.
