CC - cruel and mean nurse, disgusting boots

In this psychiatric hospital, the patients are humiliated by the head nurse claudia. she performs several experiments on patients. claudia took cruel pleasure in humiliating patient number 6, so much so that she decided to move him to the nurses' break room.the nurses put a stool over him so that he couldn't see his dirty and ugly face. it's break time, claudia has finished smoking outside, she takes some chewing gum and has just rested for a few minutes. her boots are filthy, her soles are completely covered with dust, dirt, hair, grime and leaves. she takes her break to use the patient as a human doormat, she removes the stool and starts cleaning her boots on the poor man's face and tongue, the amount of dirt is incredible .claudia spits her chewing gum on the dirty floor, she crushes it like a cigarette to soak it up with dirt and gives it to the patient. once the humiliation is over, claudia puts the stool back in place above his face, the patient begins to cry, he knows he is doomed to lick the nurses' soles for the rest of his life.
