Punished With Stress Positions

(please note; this is the full movie. i will release each part, numbered 1, 2 and 3 in the weeks after publishing this version).   last time you punished me, you made me stay in a kneeling position for an hour. i failed three times, during that hour, so you caned me very hard yesterday, and today you've ordered me to do three different stress position challenges for 10 minutes (or until i can't hold the position any more), followed by 15 minutes kneeling on dried rice after each challenge. in the first challenge, i have to squat, with my feet flat on the floor, and my hands on top of my head. my butt almost but not quite touches the floor, so it becomes very difficult, very fast. once that's over, i kneel up, on the painful dried rice, facing the wall for 15 minutes. my legs can hardly work by the end! in challenge two, i have to do a wall squat. this becomes agonizing very quickly but i don't get any rest - i have to kneel on the rice again for another fifteen minutes. at the end i show you the emerging bruises on my knees. this is going to get so painful! in the third challenge, i have to adopt the murga punishment position, which i've never tried before. it's way more painful, and waaaaaaay harder, than i was expecting, and my legs are soon shaking with the effort of staying in the position. then it's time for the final 15 minute kneeling punishment. by the end, i'm exhausted, sweaty, and my knees are very, very sore. look at the marks the dried rice has left on them!
