I'm going to try a couple of situps again. i can't do it lying up, so i try half-sitting. it is really exhausting to get all the heavy mass on your stomach in motion. then i try to get up from the couch twice. it's very flat, so recently i've always been putting a blanket underneath so that i can sit a few centimeters higher and get up better. so you see getting up once with a blanket and once without, which is really exhausting and doesn't work on the first try. if i didn't have so much strength in my legs, i would certainly not be able to get up on my own without help.
