Facesitting in the office lunch break

My employee visits me in the lunch break - and he really thinks he deserves a raise because he worked so hard! i think i'll test out his endurance - by using his face as my office chair while i complete some work. he's smothered under my sexy ass as my full weight comes crushing down on his face - especially since i really don't pay attention how i sit on his face ... is his nose in the center? am i sitting straight? really doesn't sound like my problem! i just love how he basically does anything to please me - hoping that i'll keep him as my employee and maybe even give him a raise ... this loser really doesn't understand that i purely enjoy humiliating him and don't care about his well-being at all! maybe i should just keep sitting and replace him with a new toy?!
