Custom video do you wonder how it looks like when i go over my limits? i've been challenged to do 100 or max number of biceps curls with 10 kg dumbbells, and i agreed. i started well, feeling strong and confident, but as the number of reps increased, i started to suffer consequences. my arms started to hurt very hard, and i lost the ability to fully control them. but, i haven't stopped. i continued to push myself, groaning and screaming in pain, pushing my arms to work as they kept burning like crazy. my muscles started to swell and become so tense. i kept going through pain in my biceps and forearms muscles until the failure. when i drop the dumbells i wasn't able to extend my arms completely. that is how much my biceps were tens, or maybe even in spasm. i destroyed my muscles so much that, even the day after, i couldn't extend my elbows without going through serious pain. the pain that scares me, but that i enjoy so much.
