Trapped in a room desperate to smoke - custom

I'm thinking that you are trapped in a room that is very hot and you can't get your leather off. your pack of marlboro reds is stuck in your boot and you can't get it out and you are desperate to smoke!  you keep saying over and over how bad you want that marlboro as you cry, moan and whine for it. you talk about how much seeing the pack is driving you crazy and keep talking about how hot you feel. then you finally get the pack loose and light up. as you start to smoke you feel soooo good.  just to recap and make sure that i was clear for the video. i would be very happy if you acted desperate to smoke but seemed locked away somewhere and couldn't get out of the hot room and the leather you're wearing is really hot on you! you whine, cry and moan how bad you want to smoke but can't get the pack of marlboro reds out of your boot where it is tucked in. you say over and over how bad you want a marlboro. then, you finally get it free and frantically light up and you act as if it was the best feeling you've ever had!
