Sentina Allergy Attack, CPR, Resus, Defib, 12 Lead ECG, 02, Mayo Pipe, Ambu, ResQCPR

(english) the parameds arrive at sentina's bff's apartment where sentina has had an allergic response to something she's eaten. she lays on the floor, and her breathing is flat. the med team starts checking her vitals, stething her and cutting off her top and bra (which they have some difficulty with). they remove her shoes and prep a 12 lead ecg exam for her. they place an o2 mask and realize her o2 level is low. the insert a mayo pipe to assist breathing with ambu bagging. she has too much liquid in her lungs and her o2 level is still low. she starts seizing. the med team starts removing all liquid from her lungs with a suction machine. during this dramatic action the med team immediately starts cpr. they performs deep and strong chest compressions and continue the ambu bagging. the defibrillator is charged but there is no responses following the first round. the med team continues the resus procedure using the resqcpr pump with dramatic deep and strong compressions. they perform many cycles of cpr and defibrillations. a very detailed and dramatic on location resus scene with symptoms, gasping and deep and strong chest compressions. defibrillations occur with realistic reactions. a must see clip for all resus fans! don't miss it!
