Izzy arrested at home part#1

Izzy is at home when an officer knocks on her door.  a neighbor accuses her of hitting their parked car the night before, but she at first denies.  after the officer's investigation she gets cuffed, later hogcuffed.  at the end she is let out of the hogcuff and taken away.
