Chatty Cathy Gets her Mouth stretched

You are a dentist and viv is your least favorite patient. you dread her visits because she never shuts up. she talks through the entire exam and you has no idea what she is saying, not one word.  today you are in no mood. you don't want to have to keep asking her to open her mouth so you open it for her, and in a way she can't close it. you use your new large mouth spreader. you thought this would shut her up and there was no way someone could jabber on in a mouth spreader but viv proves you wrong. even though you have her jaws pulled wide open, she still keeps talking.  but the more she talks, the more her mouth salivates. she is drooling everywhere, it's spilling over her chin. you inspect her beautiful teeth with your latex glove clad hand. one old stainless steel crown that was meant to be temporary but has lasted her over 30 years, a filling here and there but overall the shape of her teeth is remarkable.  now if she would just shut the fuck up
